WHAT’S NEW
You Can find the knit version of the duck made to order with Studio Kelsey here:
If you’re regular here, you know how much I love Kelsey’s knits, and so thrilled to have worked together on our second piece.
This sweater features a colorful mallard on the front of a knit raglan sweater. The neckband has a hidden pop of color on its interior (perfect blue), as well as a pop of color on the trim of the sleeves (olive).
Knit by Kelsey in her Nashville studio on a hand-powered vintage machine using a laborious picture-knitting technique called Intarsia.
Each piece is made of 100% merino wool sourced from Ireland.
There is little-to-no waste created in the production process, as each garment is fully fashioned and linked by hand.
And you can still find out first collaboration online too:

And if you are new here, the Studio Kelsey must is her knit bandana, something I wear every single day in the winter.
THINGS I LIKE:
A Practical Guide to Levitation, a really fun book of short stories translated from Portuguese. The first story is titled “Borges in Hell” so if that peaks your interest, I would go along for the ride.
I got to catch Robert Altman’s California Split on the big screen recently. I don’t know if anyone has ever been as charming as Elliot Gould on camera here, but highly suggest a watch or rewatch. Maybe one of the best endings in film.
Jumping in Lake Michigan. Or any large cold body of water.
And then, while you’re still drip drying find the nearest soft serve ice cream:
Listen to THE ROCHES and join my fan club and wear this shirt.
